Give Your Site Some Time to Season

In today’s episode, I talked about how to give your site some time to season before you launch your website. This is a good technique to use if you intend to launch a site with visitors your very first day. While everyone is waiting for your project to come live, you’re busy collecting emails through your coming soon page.

How can you do that? I have already answered that in the second episode.

Google is notoriously fickle about sending traffic to new websites. They are good at weeding out low quality and spammy websites, but rewarding quality sites, like the one you are building, with good traffic.

So if you don’t want your site mistaken for a spam domain, I urge you setting up a “Coming Soon” page on your domain before you finally launch your site. This is what I mean by give your site some time to season.

I have explained in details what you need to do in today’s podcast. If you have any questions, please, let me know, and I will do my best to reach out to you.

Remember, this is the third lesson in the series, How to launch a website with visitors your very first day.
